Every mountain looks smaller from a distance. But up close, you feel its scale — the steepness, the weight, and the wind. This quarter, that’s where we’ve been: climbing through the hard parts. Every challenge revealed new strength. Every setback became a step forward. What once felt impossible is now within reach.
Thank you for checking out our quarterly update 👍
This one comes a little later than planned — thank you for your patience. The next update will follow shortly, and it’s a good one.
Construction is the second most complained-about industry in the U.S., with surprise costs, scheduling delays, and poor communication topping the list. We're here to change that.
The GMS is a GPS for construction contractors. Simply enter your project goals, and GMS uses artificial intelligence to mine, analyze, and leverage that contractors historical and real-time data, for machine learned estimates—improving estimating accuracy up to 95%, and the GMS autonomously optimizes their scheduling in real-time—saving contractors up to 35% on labor costs.
💻Product Updates:
The GMS is coming alive — function by function, vision to reality.
💼Business Development:
We’re not just testing features; we’re building alongside our users. Along with the Wisconsin Greenhouse Company, we’ve selected our next BETA testers, Save My Roof, and All Service Specialists, who continue pushing GMS from theory into practice. Their feedback guides every release. One contractor put it best: “You’re building something that can change everything.”
Behind the scenes, we expanded our engineering team with three new programmers. Five of our top-performing interns — have been offered three-year contracts, securing long-term stability at just a fraction of U.S. costs.
Momentum continues outside development.
Our collaboration with Lindsay Windows advanced through a formal presentation that earned positive feedback, while Findorff’s CIO expressed genuine enthusiasm — one senior manager even invested personally. Findorff, one of Wisconsin’s largest and most respected general contractors, responsible for many of the state’s landmark projects, sees what’s coming. The message is clear: the industry isn’t just curious — it’s preparing.
📊KPIs & Core Metrics:
Growth brings gravity. We’ve resolved the major blockers that once slowed progress — though new ones will certainly appear as we keep climbing. Hiring ahead of budget remains intentional, ensuring that speed doesn’t compromise stability. Every milestone moves us closer to launch and long-term sustainability.
😓Challenges:
Every climb tests endurance. For us, it’s been time and cashflow — two forces that can quietly shape or stall our progress.
The complexity of a self-learning system means even minor updates ripple across the platform, requiring precision and patience. We’re choosing quality over shortcuts, knowing the right foundation now prevents costly rebuilds later.
🏆Wins:
Still, the wins far outweigh the weight. Those same challenges have clarified our focus. Our contractors are running live data through the GMS. Our team is bigger, better, and more unified than ever. Partners are expressing excitement. Investors are reinvesting, and the MVP is nearly complete.
📰Press:
The word is spreading. GMS is catching the attention of industry leaders and media alike, we were recently featured in:
💰Finances:
Now progress has a cost, and we’ve felt it. We’ve stretched to keep momentum strong — investing in people, testing, and quality over shortcuts. That discipline isn’t just about getting GMS to market; it’s about building something that lasts.
In today’s AI tech landscape, cutting corners doesn’t just risk bugs — it risks losing data that can take you out of the race entirely. We’ve secured over half of what’s needed to complete BETA and carry us through early launch, with $300,000 still to raise.
This isn’t about chasing capital — it’s about conviction. Every new investment, reinvestment, and introduction fuels our mission to transform one of the world’s most vital, least digitized industries — one that quietly drains the resources meant for schools, healthcare, and public safety. When we fix that, we don’t just save money — we build stronger cities, fairer systems, and better lives.
🆘Help Wanted:
We need everyone, to like, share, and make introductions. Tell people about GMS. Wear the logo. Talk about what we’re building. Introduce us to contractors, partners, and believers who want to see technology change how construction runs.
We’re building more than software — we’re building an operating system for an industry that builds the world.
🙏Thank You!
To our investors, partners, and team — thank you. Your trust and grit have carried us through the climb.
Special thanks to Tim and Dave at Findorff for their time, insights, and enthusiasm; to Sam and Brad at 1848 Construction for exploring how technology can be embraced by and benefit the industry; and to Steve and Senthil at Lindsay Windows for their shared vision to deliver a customer experience beyond the showroom.
And for those not yet with us — now’s the time to join. Each step forward de-risks what once felt impossible. You don’t want to miss this — it’s the opportunity of a lifetime.
You are awesome and appreciated!
Keep making life wonderful 🙂
