The GMS is a GPS specifically for construction contractors. They put in what they want to do, and the GMS uses artificial intelligence to mine, analyze, and leverage, their historical and real-time data to autonomously optimize their estimates and schedules...saving them up to 30% on their labor costs! The GMS will do for the construction industry, what the GPS did for travelers using a map.
💻Product Updates:
We have completed the functionality that allows the GMS to better mine construction contractors data to be able to learn how to more accurately estimate and schedule similar projects being requested by their customers. We’re internally testing for bugs and preparing for our BETA launch in October.
💼Business Development:
We’re proud to announce our first BETA tester is now our largest investor. 📊KPIs & Core Metrics:
BETA testing kicks off this month! Our focus is on identifying and fixing bugs, ensure the GMS helps our subscribers manage their customer's journey from start to finish, while capturing the data necessary for the GMS to learn, streamline, and automate repeat processes for a greater cost and time efficiency. We're targeting completing BETA testing and officially launching the GMS MVP into the market in Q1 of 2025.
💰Finances:
We’ve raised another $337K this quarter. Totaling over $1M raised, oversubscribing our pre-seed round, and providing runway through March allowing us to complete BETA testing, bridges us between rounds, giving us Q1 of 2025 to secure our lead investor to kick off our official launch and scale!
😓Lowlights:
Although there is so much to be excited about, I sure wish the GMS MVP had some of its components more developed. To optimize our machine learning, we couldn’t just connect a variety of softwares, resulting in us having to build our own CRM, estimating tool, autonomous scheduling functionality, and accounting features. This all amounts to the GMS being master of none coming into 2025. But with the help of our first users, we’ll get the most important functions developed to their satisfaction first, and as construction projects run through the GMS, they’ll have an experience like nothing else on the market.
🏆Highlights:
Additionally, we’re finalizing a partnership with the Karunya University of technology and sciences in India. They’ve agreed to NDA’s, and are aiding in the continued development and improvement of the GMS’s foundational artificial intelligence.
