The GMS is a GPS specifically for construction contractors.  Simply enter your project goals, and the GMS uses artificial intelligence to mine, analyze, and leverage their historical and real time data to autonomously optimize their estimates and schedules in real-time, increasing estimating accuracy up to 95% and saving contractors up to 35% on their labor costs! The GMS will do for the construction industry, what the GPS did for travelers using a map.   💻Product Updates: We have been in the field testing the GMS with our first BETA tester, the [Wisconsin Greenhouse Company](https://wisconsingreenhousecompany.com/). We did identify some bugs and procedural inconsistencies, which we've since corrected. Next we’ll begin training the Greenhouse Company to start using the GMS independently. 💼Business Development: We’re working down our list of BETA applicants and have selected the roofing company [Save My Roof](https://www.savemyroof.com/) as our next BETA user. They're a franchise location of a nationwide organization, so successful implementation here can quickly open a large amount of doors for growth.  📊KPIs & Core Metrics: After over 2 years of product development, with our first users coming online, this year we'll be able to start providing KPI's. Coming soon! 💰Finances: We’ve oversubscribed our pre-seed round with over $1 Million raised, closed the round last year, and just opened our seed round. We’re raising $2.1 Million which will be used for marketing and sales, customer support, product maintenance, and continued development. 😓Lowlights: I failed to recognize that our first BETA tester, which is in the Greenhouse Industry, has a unique process when creating material lists. They are dependent on the manufacturer who fabricates the whole greenhouse, which is different from traditional contractors who make their own material lists and can pick those materials up from a variety of distributors.
