Graceful Management Systems

Oct 25’ From Vision to Verification

Written by Tommy Stanek | Dec 30, 2025 3:38:26 PM

Every climb has it's breaking point the place where effort meets gravity, and persistence becomes proof.
That's where we've been this quarter.

Thank you for checking out our quarterly update 👍

Construction is the second most complained-about industry in the U.S., with surprise costs, scheduling delays, and poor communication topping the list. We're here to change that.
The GMS is a GPS for construction contractors. Simply enter your project goals, and GMS uses artificial intelligence to mine, analyze, and leverage that contractors historical and real-time data, for machine learned estimates—improving estimating accuracy up to 95%, and the GMS autonomously optimizes their scheduling in real-time—saving contractors up to 35% on labor costs.

💻Product Updates:

The GMS is evolving from system to ecosystem — connecting people, processes, and performance in one intelligent loop. Key updates this quarter include:

  • Concurrent Editing — teams can collaborate live, without conflict.
  • Enhanced Audit Logging — full visibility into every system action.
  • Dynamic Payments & Processing — manage credits, overpayments, and discounts seamlessly.
  • Scheduling Upgrades — automatic conflict detection and rescheduling.
  • Navigation Refresh — faster, cleaner, and more intuitive.

Still in development:

  • GMS Chat — our built-in communication and file-sharing hub.
  • Inventory Management — live material tracking and cost integration.
  • Gantt Intelligence — ongoing refinement of the GMS’s “brain” — the engine that keeps every project on track.
Next quarter, GMS goes to the field — mobile testing begins, marking our shift from office-ready to jobsite-ready.

💼Business Development:

Our BETA testing continues to expand — and so does momentum.
The Wisconsin Greenhouse Company has advanced testing into luxury and commercial greenhouse projects, pushing GMS’s estimating and accounting integrations further than ever.
Our second BETA tester — a RoofMaxx franchise owner — opens a scalable path to hundreds of locations nationwide. If one succeeds, the rest can follow quickly.
And behind the curtain, our engineering core continues to grow. Five top-performing Karunya University engineers have officially joined GMS on three-year contracts, fueling faster releases, stable growth, and scalable development at a fraction of U.S. cost. GMS now has a global engineering force of over 25 developers, 10 interns, and the same unified mission.

📊KPIs & Core Metrics:

We’ve reached a major milestone: GMS is now processing live accounting, scheduling, and estimating data.
Each test tightens accuracy, and each update compounds performance. Mobile testing comes next — enabling real-time field data and unlocking deeper AI-driven insights.
After years of building and iterations, — piece by piece, the GMS is turning into a complete, working ERP.

😓Challenges:

Progress has never been faster — but neither has the burn. Our monthly spend has climbed to roughly $75K, driven by engineering growth and infrastructure use — the cost of speed, but also of momentum.
The window to first subscription revenue in Q4 is narrow, but visible. We’re raising the final $300K to complete testing and cross into launch Q1 2026.

🏆Wins:

This quarter, GMS was honored with the “Rising Star in Technology” award at the In Business Madison’s Executive Excellence Awards. Selected from over 200 companies for innovation, vision, and impact,
the recognition hit differently. It wasn’t just validation — it was reflection.
For years, we’ve been heads down building, fixing, pushing forward. Standing there, it became clear just how far we’ve come — and how close we are to what once felt unreachable.

📰Press:

Momentum is spreading — GMS’s story is reaching national audiences through coverage of our award in:

Each feature moves us further from startup to a recognized industry innovator.

💰Finances:

Progress has a price — and we’re feeling it.
But the efficiency of our model remains unmatched.
We’re operating a 25+ person development team — including senior engineers, AI specialists, and project leads — for less than it costs to hire six U.S. developers. That leverage, combined with our clear roadmap, ensures every dollar works harder.
We’ve raised over half of what’s needed to complete BETA and bridge to subscription sales, with $300K still to raise, that funding allows us to complete final testing, ensures stability, and carries us to launch just after the holidays.

🆘Help Wanted:

Every climb has stages, and this is the next big push.
To our investors — thank you. Your belief built the foundation we’re now standing on. As we continue to approach the summit, we’re asking you to lean in again — to double down, share our story, and help power GMS through this pivotal moment.
And to those either discovering us now or who’ve been following our journey — this is your moment to benefit from our momentum. GMS is transitioning from promise to product, and from testing to market. The risk is lower, the opportunity higher, and chances like this rarely cross an investor’s desk — maybe once in a lifetime, if ever.
If you reside in Wisconsin, the WEDC’s Qualified New Business Venture (QNBV) Program offers a 25% state tax credit of your total investment amount — credits that can already be applied towards this coming tax season rounding the corner.
Together, we’re not just building software — we’re building the operating system for an industry that builds the world.

🙏Thank You!

To our investors, partners, and team — thank you. Your trust and grit have carried us through the hardest miles. The path ahead is still steep, but the view is one few will ever experience, and what an honor is has and continues to be, sharing it with you!

And for those not yet with us — now’s the time to join. Each step forward de-risks what once felt impossible. You don’t want to miss this — it’s the opportunity of a lifetime.

You are awesome and appreciated!
Keep making life wonderful 🙂
